Tribune hockey shuts out Morris

ROCHESTER - The MCC ice hockey team wrapped up a perfect weekend in style, shutting out County College of Morris 11-0 Sunday afternoon.

It was the fifth straight win for the Tribunes, who moved to 12-1 on the season.

Tom Dehr (Varysburg, NY/Batavia Notre Dame) made 34 saves in goal.

Dan Turgeon (Centennial, CO/Cherokee Trail) had two goals and two assists to lead Monroe. TJ Reilley (Rome, NY/Rome Free) and John Ambrose (Brewer, ME/Brewer) added two goals and one assist apiece.

Connor Smith (Duxbury, MA/Duxbury) and Zach McDonald (Billings, MT/Skyview) chipped in with a goal and two assists apiece.
