MCC earns home field

SYRACUSE - The MCC women's soccer team wrapped up home field for the regional championship by way of a 13-2 victory over Bryant & Stratton Wednesday afternoon.

The Tribunes (10-2-1) will host the Region III, Division I championship game on Saturday, Oct. 29.

Karly Tolentino (Greece, NY/Greece Odyssey) had a huge game for MCC, finishing with four goals and one assist.  The four goals were one short of the all-time single-game record, held by Amy Measer (1981) and Wendy Kotwas Waddell (1998).

Alison Campbell (Marion, NY/Marion) finished with three goals for the Tribunes.  Brittani Bove (Marion, NY/Marion) chipped in with a goal and four assists.

Shauna Eccles (Dublin, Ireland/Larkin) chipped in with two goals and two assists, and Christina Olgin (Lyons, NY/Lyons) added a goal and two assists.  Annie Terilli (Brockport, NY/Brockport) and Catherine Mucha (Nunda, NY/Keshequa) also scored goals.
