Services

The Educational Opportunity Program will be available to guide and assist you through your new college experience. Students are offered a host of exciting workshops, study groups, tutorial programs, individual and group counseling, and unique-faculty-student contact program. Students may also be eligible for an EOP supplemental grant to help with college related expenses based on need. Other supportive services include:

• Four-week summer program (fall entering first-time students)
• Contact with counselor on a regular basis
• Financial advisement
• Study skills/orientation classes
• Academic Excellence Seminar - Probation and Suspension Program
• Participation in local and state leadership conferences
• Assistance in completing federal and state financial aid forms
• Assistance with transfer to similar opportunity programs such as HEOP, SEEK, and College Discovery within New York State
